This conference aims \u200eto shed the light on topics related to the use of technology and innovation management that \u200ecould support business sustainability and leadership engagement. <strong>The conference aims to \u200etackle issues related to the following aspects: \u200e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assess the impact of sustainable leadership, technology, and innovation on organizational \u200eeffectiveness. \u200e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shed light on different sustainable leadership practices in relation to the use of digital \u200esustainability, technology, and innovation.\u200e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Publish high-quality research that focuses on sustainable leadership in a transformative \u200eenvironment covering various contextual factors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Act as a guide for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers while devising or revising policies \u200eand procedures related to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.\u200e<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>We are pleased to announce that Springer Nature\u2019s proceedings technically support the 6th Equal Opportunities Conference.
